Our work spans villas, apartments and commercial interiors across Dubai: single rooms, complete refurbishments, structural extensions, landscaping and swimming pools. Design, approvals, construction and bespoke joinery are all carried out in-house, so one team is accountable from concept to handover.

Every project is priced line by line, programmed week by week, and delivered by the team that prepared the quotation.

Interior design

Concept, spatial planning, 3D visualisation, materials, lighting design and furniture specification — approved before construction begins.

Extensions & structural works

Additional rooms and floors, removal of load-bearing walls, new slabs and steelwork, with engineered drawings and authority approvals.

Landscaping, pools & external works

Swimming pools, water features, decking, planting, irrigation, external lighting, pergolas, majlis seating and barbecue counters.

Kitchens, wardrobes & joinery

Bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, wall panelling and vanities — designed, manufactured and installed by our own joinery division.

MEP, lighting & smart home

Air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, track and cove lighting, automation, CCTV and audio, integrated at design stage.

Commercial fit-out

Offices, clinics, retail and hospitality delivered to a fixed opening date, including landlord coordination and authority submissions.

Project management & aftercare

A dedicated project manager, weekly reporting, documented variations, snags closed before handover and continued support afterwards.

Dubai · Fit-out & finishes

A villa finished in a warm, pared-back palette. Chevron oak flooring throughout, arched steel-and-glass doors opening to the garden, a walnut kitchen in book-matched onyx with a carved stone sink and brass ironmongery, a linear fireplace set into a textured plaster media wall, and a marble staircase lit from beneath the treads.

A complete interior refurbishment with a new swimming pool and courtyard. A bespoke kitchen in sage and walnut beneath a book-matched marble backsplash, fluted oak media walls, bronze-glass wardrobes with integrated lighting, recessed track lighting throughout, and a lap pool framed by planted terraces for evening use.

Al Khawaneej Villa

Dubai · Renovation & landscaping

A family villa reworked in a restrained, tactile palette: microcement wall finishes, floating vanities with concealed lighting, a freestanding bath on a raised travertine plinth, and an oak staircase with structural glass balustrade. Externally, an 18-metre lap pool and sculpture terrace were built from bare ground.

The same sequence governs a single bathroom and a full villa rebuild. Only the duration of each stage changes.

Site visit & brief

We survey the property, take measurements and agree a realistic scope with you. No charge.

Stage 02

Design & 3D

Layouts, materials and 3D views issued for approval, so revisions happen before procurement.

Stage 03

Quotation & programme

A priced scope showing every item, quantity and rate, with the programme and payment schedule.

Stage 04

Approvals & permits

Municipality applications, developer no-objection certificates and structural approvals, tracked to consent.

Stage 05

Construction

One project manager, our own trades on site, weekly progress and cost reports, variations in writing.

Stage 06

Handover & aftercare

Snag list closed before occupation, full handover documentation, and continued support afterwards.
